To place an order, simply email us your requirements and we will contact you to confirm availability, prices and the estimated date for delivery. Our stock reflects demand: if you require a product that has specific components, we will notify you of the estimated time schedule and costs as soon as possible.

Once you have tested samples of FBS or FCS, we will reserve a stock of that particular batch for you. We require a commitment to buy before we can ship samples.

We are unable to deliver orders smaller than £10,000.00 exc VAT.

We are happy to provide credit, but standard payment is gratefully received within 21 days post-delivery.
